Are you tired of retail and fast food? This Local Plumbing and Electrical company is looking for a reliable and customer friendly customer care associate!
This role entails inbound customer service in the form of answering phones, calling leads, and answering customers questions via e-mail.
We are a 7 day a week company, and we are open from 7am to 8:30pm daily. Flexible scheduling is always available and variable schedules help you arrange your day to day life.
Our ideal candidate would have the following qualifications/skills:
- General computer skills
- The ability to communicate effectively and clearly via phone, in person, through email, through company chat
- The ability to talk on the phone and use the computer at the same time.
- Open availability/flexible schedule
We offer full two weeks paid training, full benefits staring day one including 401K, paid time off, and a friendly welcoming atmosphere, plus much more!

Compensation: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
